Remotely Opening of Bred Bank Fiji Account

A Fiji National who seeks to open a Bred bank account needs first to fill the four forms below and attach to them the required documents mentioned in the last item.

  • Fax, Mail, Email Authority & Indemnity (Download)
  • FATCA US Status Criteria Declaration (Download)
  • Required Documents (Download)

As hardcopies of all forms and documents will need to be verified by one of the Embassy’s Diplomats before being sent to the bank in Fiji, therefore, upon sending their papers to the Fiji Embassy Abu Dhabi for verifying, the applicant can choose to either:

  1. Get back their verified documents and send them to the bank in Fiji from their end via own means (recommended)

OR

  1. Have their verified documents sent to the bank in Fiji by the Embassy via DHL

Required Payment:

For route #1, it is the cost of courier service from the Embassy back to the applicant
— within UAE cost is AED50
— to Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt cost is AED200
— to Israel cost is AED350
— to Iraq cost is AED450

For route #2, it is the cost of courier service from the Embassy to the bank in Fiji: AED350
